Help Preserve Our History

The Leather Archives & Museum (LA&M), which has proudly stood in its current location since 1999, is ready for a makeover. Housed in a building with as much character as our community—a former synagogue from the mid-1950s—it’s time to give back to the space that has preserved our vibrant history.

As we all know, a little TLC goes a long way, especially for a structure that’s been standing strong for over seven decades. That’s why we’re thrilled to announce an ambitious project to refresh and revitalize our beloved LA&M. This isn’t just a facelift; it’s a commitment to safety, security, and accessibility for all who come seeking knowledge and connection.

We’re tackling several mission-critical projects to ensure that our history—and our future—remains well-protected and showcased in a space that meets the needs of our evolving community. But to make this dream a reality, we need your support.

Every donation, big or small, brings us closer to preserving the stories, artifacts, and memories that define us. Let’s come together to ensure that the LA&M remains a sanctuary for learning and legacy for generations to come.

Donate today and be a part of this exciting journey. Your contribution is not just a gift; it’s an investment in the heart and soul of our community.
