🐻 HiBearNation 28: “Meat Me In St. Louis” (October 30 – November 3, 2025)

HiBearNation 28 is set to take place over Halloween weekend, from Thursday, October 30, through Monday, November 3, 2025, at the Holiday Inn St. Louis Downtown Convention Center . 

🎉 Event Highlights
• Thursday, October 30: Opening festivities commence at the host hotel. 
• Friday, October 31:
• Halloween Costume Ball: Held at Bar:PM, featuring a $500 prize for the best costume. Shuttle service between the hotel and Bar:PM will be provided . 

• Saturday, November 1:
• Leathermen’s Underwear Auction: Members from Rudis and Blue Max leather societies model and auction off underwear .
• Day of the Dead After-Hours Party: Attendees are encouraged to wear skeletal costumes or body paint for this themed dance party . 
• Throughout the Weekend:
• Community Banquets and Socials: Opportunities to connect with fellow attendees.
• Strip Poker Tournaments: Test your luck and have fun in a friendly environment.
• Lube Wrestling and Mosh Play: Engage in playful and energetic activities.
• Kink-Forward Vendor Mart: Explore a variety of vendors catering to diverse interests .

The event’s host hotel is the Holiday Inn St. Louis Downtown Convention Center, located at 811 North Ninth Street, St. Louis, MO 63101. 🎟️ Ticket Information

Early bird Run Passes are available for purchase at a discounted rate through the end of May. These passes grant access to all events, drinks, and reduced hotel rates. Additionally, three-night After-Hours Passes and nightly passes will be available for purchase at the door .
